What the form collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, optional email, service address, cleaning needs, and preferred timing. Any notes you add are included with the request. Do not enter payment details, passwords, or door and alarm codes.
How the details are used
One Good Place Cleaning uses your request to discuss service coverage, scope, scheduling, and pricing, and to maintain the resulting booking record. Sending the form does not reserve an appointment or take a payment.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in this website’s database, provided through its hosting platform. The booking inbox requires an authorized company account. When email alerts are enabled, a request reference, service, community and estimated subtotal are sent to the company through its email provider. Customer contact details, the service address and notes remain in the private booking inbox. The form does not enroll you in marketing or send automatic customer confirmations or text messages.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
